The difference between seeing the color swatch in world and then on a web page can be amazing at times. I have this big prim set up that I tint with the color of the week, two actually as I discovered that the prim being full bright or not makes a HUGE difference in how close the color matches. Usually its the full bright one that matches. And I mean match where I can take a screen shot of my prim, and then one of the color on a web page, crop one down and put it over and they match! I stand in front of this prim to find my outfit. IN world, this dress had the swatch colors, but now, on a web page, it looks SO Different! It blows my mind.

Anyway, this weeks crayon is RADICAL RED, and it was introduced in 1990 as a Fluorescent color. It can be found in the 80 colors box and up.

The outfit is a valientines gift from this year, the hair I believe I got at colbr88 but not fully sure, and the pose is something I had for a while. It's the first day of spring so I wanted a springy look!

Haven't gotten the new fan for my new computer yet, and while we got my graphics card to work in my old computer with win 8, Adar's computer just makes things look PRETTIER and also loads textures WAY faster, so I am still over there for photo taking. HOPING to get my new computer up and running over the weekend.

I hear what you're saying about colour matching. In fact I'm looking at the swatch on your page vs the (tiny!) swatch on my page and thinking 'what the hey?!'

Then I realised the angle of my laptop screen totally changes the colour, from what I'm calling "pink" to an actual red.

Or maybe my eyes are just tired from squinting at pinks all day.

And, eh, I think we need to have a chat about all these greens...

  2. It should please you to know that there wont be another green till may, when I was required to put one in for Turlock's birthday.

There is a kinda yellowy green but its way more yellow then green.

And the week after next is a super easy color! I just liked the color name of Inchworm so stuck it in.
